It was when I went to another office for work. There was a fairly large backyard, and there was a small pergola full of greenery. It was a nice place that doesn’t look like a workplace. When I went there for lunch, no one was there.

The view from the cool pergola is dazzling. When I closed my eyes, I felt the wind and heard the sound of bees that I hadn’t noticed. When I opened my eyes again, I found butterflies flying here and there. Even though it was such a pleasant place, it was strange that no one else was here. I can have this place all to myself.

The first relaxed two measures of this song were born in this backyard. I wanted to express the dull feeling of summer. In the second half, I tried to express the flight of butterflies and the sleepy sound of bees.

This song I made a year ago was still my third work. I had less experience of composing, so I had to think and try a lot. But it was fun for me.
